Those leaving deposits must be named below in order that we can trace ticket allocation effectively, group bookings can be made providing all persons are named and the group understand all money is to be paid by April deadline.

We need to make it clear that it is your responsibility to pay for the festival on time and to keep updated on the festival changes etc from the ADV web site (above)

If we do not receive your full payment by 30thApril 10 we will have to remove your name from the list and you will loose your deposit. We also advise you to take out insurance to cover your costs if you have to cancel for example through illness as we cannot refund your ticket after the full payment date.
